ABOUT ELITE LIFT CONSULTING
We are a team of engineers that takes pride in excellence, ensuring that any projects we are associated with are executed professionally and correctly, to a standard above the industry norm.
We are passionate about investing in highly qualified, high performing young engineers, and then crucially, growing and retaining them over the long term in the South African lift industry which so desperately needs more engineers to help drive it forward.
OUR APPROACH
Live up to our name:
Our lift consultants are top-performing, university-qualified engineers. They are the first and only South Africans to enroll in a Master of Science (Lift Engineering) degree, which they are completing through the University of Northampton in England. Excellence is and must be a core driver in each and every engineer that joins our team.
Teach, share, develop:
It was a privilege for our engineers to study at a top class university in the first place, and an even greater privilege for them to enroll in their MSc Degrees. There is room for improvement in every facet of our industry. Our team has a duty to share their knowledge when appropriate and to invest back into the industry that helped develop them. Without this approach, overall project excellence would likely prove to be exceptionally difficult to achieve.
Honour Our Customers:
There are many vertical transportation projects that truly shouldn't be attempted without appropriately qualified and trusted lift consultants. However, there are also projects that really don't need lift consultants at all. If we don't believe we will add value on a project, we will immediately inform our customer. Our team firmly believes in operating with unwavering integrity, even if that is at the expense of short-term gain.
Give:
There is a great need for effective, efficient, and strategic generosity in our country, not just by others, but starting with us. Additionally, the slowly broadening perspective and gradually deepening humility that is triggered by this kind of carefully considered giving is invaluable. Every member of our team buys into this philosophy and this will remain at the core of who we are and how we operate over the coming decades.
